almost, but now I'm here, and having lived with Haq, and met Andy and the girl more than a couple of times, trust me, I'm saving the motherfuckin day here. It's like I'm the bridge that brings it all together. A happy birthday wish from me is almost as good as one from any of the aforementioned missing parties, and maybe slightly better, because I saw The Bastard Sons of Johnny Cash after making the drive up to Chicago from Tejas yesterday, I feel like I've been hit by a truck, I can feel the beer shits brewin', and yet I have to drive 60 miles to Woodstock illinois to go to blain's fucking farm and fleet to return some crap for deena's aunt. There, did i forget anything?

oh yeah.

Happy fucking birthday Andrew, is this 29? Go get shitty, it's your birthday. Throw your cellphone in the toilet, drive to chicago, and let's get idiotic.

Hey, thanks guys! It's already been a good one. I got my first iPod and a subscription to Net Flix. I don't even have the gifts from the wife yet!

The plan for tonight is to get dinner at a Jazz restaurant in town. After that, it's anyone's guess!

This is number 29, Phil. Next year's going to be a tough one but at least it starts my golden year so it won't be all bad.
