we also made 7 dozen of each cookie and two 9x9 trays of fudge. thats a lot of fucking cookies

I did that at xmas. I baked for two weeks, I also made fudge.

I gave it all to family and friends.

from what i can remember:

grease a 9x9" pan

combine the following in a large sauce pan:
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 stick of butter
3/4 tsp of salt
1 jar of marshmallow fluff (7 oz.)
5oz of evaporated milk

stir over low heat until combined. then bring to a full boil and continue stirring for 5 minutes

take off heat, stir in a bag of chocolate chips and 1 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract.

pour into the pan.
smash up a bunch of candy canes and sprinkle on top

let cool

i am awesome
