Nice comeback by UGA. MaSta delivers.

When I got back to the hotel bar from the wedding reception I was at, the score was 21-6 VT; the first thing I saw was UGA recover their onside kick and the fun began.

They needed me. As usual.

Great end to a very up and down season.

I'm gonna have to be a partial fan of The U if they hire current Minnesota QB Coach Kevin Rogers as Offensive Coordinator. I really would like to see him work his way into a Head Coach job one of these days. He's also rumored at Florida State though.

I'll trade 7 wrong picks (so far) for a Penn State bowl win any year. I figured that the only way they could win was on turnovers, which accounted for at least 13. Defense held Meachem to 4-33, and Tony Hunt (31 carries for 158 yards) showed everyone what he's made of.

The Big Ten had a down year, and the SEC is the best conference in the nation. That said, my boys did their job today and validated their season. For this, I am very pleased. Also pleased with Iowa making a serious game of the Alamo Bowl.

Yeah, I hope he goes to Florida St. Jimbo Fisher is also rumored for that job, and I don't want to see LSU lose him.

I really want to see Saban go to 'Bama. First time in Tiger Stadium = mass riot and public crucifixion at the 50 yard line. Selfish, ignorant bitch.

I'm pushing for Bobby Ross, but Mal Moore and the Trustees ain't following my advice.

Tennessee was probably overrated, Wisconsin underrated.

When you have a Dick for a QB, you better be able to run, and Wisconsin did a fine job of limiting McFadden. As the Cubano would say, "fuck'em, Bucky."

Nah. Arkansas coaching staff, well Houston Nutt & Gus Malzahn specifically, completely outsmarted themselves by screwing with Dick & Mustain and coming out throwing more than usual. I had a healthy rant over in the Rose Bowl thread.

Nutt is in a mess right now for letting the kids Malzahn brought with him run the damn program. Damian Williams has already left the program, and I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Mustain go next. The other rumor is that one of the top QB prospect from Texas is Casey Dick's little brother, which Arkansas is pursuing heavily.

I had an unbelievably shitty day yesterday with picks, although the Nebraska game was not surprising.
I can't believe how bad USC embarassed Michigan's pass defense. Jarrett didn't even torch Nebraska that bad and he was being covered by a little cornerback who covers everyone soft.
I should kick Callahan square in the nuts for attempting a fake punt with the game tied and the ball on the Nebraska side of the 50.

19-8

Still pretty respectable, though probably not enough to end up on top in this competition. I wish I hadn't slept through most of the Fiesta Bowl last night, as it was apparently BEST. GAME. EVER.

I may have to call your math/counting skills into question here Bob.

I'm 20-9 and I keep looking for a phantom bowl to 21. Am I missing something?

Seeing how close this is, the Minnesota, Oklahoma, Alabama games are killing me even more.
