 Post subject: I just watched Ford's funeral procession drive by

It wasn't as impressive as I thought it would be. However, there were two hearses. Anyone know why?

Two hearses are used in diplomatic funerals so that there is a back up in case one hearse breaks down. It wouldn't do for a former president's procession to have to pull off to Lenny's Muffler partway through.
