Honestly, it's been on repeat since last Thursday, with a few other tunes thrown in. I think it's the best tune Air have ever written.

So simple, but so fucking cool.

Air - Mer du Japon (taken from Pocket Symphony)

heard it. one of the better tracks on Pocket Symphony, but the album has fallen flat with me as a whole.

I love Air. This new album does grab me immediately like Talkie Walkie does but I think this one is more of a grower.

imo, it's their least-immediate album, and i'm counting les premiers and virgin suicides.

Pretty good, but I'm not sure how an entire album of that would hold up for me. Maybe it would be a grower?

i agree 100% sketch my man. nothing they do will ever touch moon safari.

though from the first couple spins of the new album, i like it much better than the crap they've served up since moon safari for sure. love the vocal tracks from cocker and hannon.

ever since dalen wanted to put the talkie walkie leak on his best of '03 list, i have unable to take him seriously about air. i really think this band has been on the decline since the virgin suicides and has coasted on the same general formula for too long now.

i still want to give this album a chance, though.
