Working Friday and Saturday, but it should be pretty light. 3-5 hours a day tops.

Sunday there's a football game I'm probably gonna watch.

Going to the Keys to eat me some Stone Crabs, Yellowtail Snapper, drink some rumrunners(floated) at a local joint listening to some bad classic rock cover band, hit the beach, swim, hunt for hermit crabs, read, habla y bebe con mis amigos, fish off the dock with my kid and construct sandy monuments. Maybe a booze cruise if its not too windy. Probably catch a game.

My weekend starts tonight.

Friday - chiro app't, errands around town, catch a matinee. Night is undecided. Probably laundry, wine and a DVD

Saturday - Work out, finish off errands, then spends 4 hrs helping to screen models at an open call for a fashion/music/art show I'm helping to organize. No plans for the night, so probably football playoff games.

Sunday - I have to work but have no assignment, so barring a murder/fire or other calamity I'll spend the afternoon teaching myself Photoshop on one of our graphic designers' computers. Hopefully make it home in time to catch the season premiere of "Extras".

I found Scott Kelby's books to be pretty helpful, especially the one that is more concerned with photo retouching rather than tips & tricks.

Thanks!
The designer I asked recommended the "Classroom In A Book" volume for Photoshop and I grabbed that one. But I'll keep that in mind.
I'm a true beginner and those Kelby books look like what I'd go to next after I get my feet under me.

What I need is to learn enough to do basic image manipulation and some flyer/promo item design for the Web site for a long-gestating business my friends and I are starting.
Given that, any thoughts?

Yeah, I was thinking this dude has us all beat.

Although, looks like Dov's takin the girl down for a "test run" I'll bet you $20 he has been sockin away a downpayment on some serious stones.

I'm going to my dad's tonite, which should be interesting giving my newfound 'drinking in moderation.' Saturday, get up and hit this place between his house and mine to find some shoes. Get home in time to cut a show with Bloor and then watch some feetsball. If I have Monday off, maybe take Femgar someplace nice Sunday.

We're heading out to NH to see my inlaws for my FIL's bday in a few hrs.

I hate flying. I really do, and with a baby I can no longer drink on planes.

i have no plans for tonight. the ponys are playing, but they are way too loud for the venue. i'm also not interested in any other band on the bill. i may just stay in because it's supposed to sleet and that is no fun to walk around in.

i think shmoo and i are going record shopping tomorrow, so that should be fun. and then i have to write a review on the record store.

and i believe sunday will be spent watching football games and doing the normal sunday things.
