College radio on the other hand? I hear cool stuff all the time on WRAS ans especially WREK. Unfortunately, I don't usually know what it is because I don't have the patience to wait through a bunch of less interesting stuff so some listless student DJ can stumble through the names of the tracks I just heard.

"Gee, I wish there was some kind of device available that would let me call them right away and ask them what is playing."

I only listen to the radio when I'm driving.

Me too. So are you one of those people who doesn't own a cel phone or one of those people who doesn't own a hands-free device for a cel phone?

I'm one of those people who doesn't want to drive like an asshole all the time and not even realize it because I'm on the phone.

I may answer my phone while driving, but I don't make calls.

I have a handset for my phone, but I don't have voice-activated dialing set up, and I don't care. You don't need to call anybody while you're driving unless you're hopelessly lost or have an emergency.

Are you getting a commission for this?

Is satellite radio free? Is the equipment needed to pick it up free?

Since flatscreen HD TVs are available, why does anybody still watch normal, CRT TVs? Since hybrid cars are available, why does anybody drive normal cars? Since broadband internet is available, why does anybody use dial-up?

Personally, I don't listen - and wouldn't listen - to any kind of radio enough to pay anything for satellite radio.

Ha, No commission, just a strong proponent. It is the best investment I make out of anything I pay for, short of the obvious (rent / car). Just wondering...I figured people here would especially be inclined to get it
