If karma really existed, Peyton Manning would QB a team coached by Marty Schottenheimer. Now THAT would be an absolute tsunami of playoff bed shitting.

I hope it's another Bears v. Pats Superbowl.

It's a lose/lose situation, because whoever wins the sports media will slobber all over for the next year. But I think Belichick is a dick, and I don't see why he keeps getting a free pass for acting like an asshole.

At least if the Colts win, Manning might choke in the Super Bowl and one of the NFC teams could win.

Yeah, you wear 5 Super Bowl rings, you can pretty much rape and kill at will.

I just want Belichick not to dress like that weird guy at the gym who is always there no matter time it is. Honestly, who cuts the arms off a grey hoodie & wear it every time you see them? Bill Belichick & the guy with the 2 gallon water jug & $142 worth of amino acids hidden in the corner of the free weight room.

Now this, I agree with. I saw something about the 80s playoffs the other day, and Ditka and Sam Wyche both had the fine white dress shirt/tie/official NFL sweater vest look going. Much, much better than most coaches nowadays.

Man, Rivers didn't play so great, but he got no help from his receivers today. There were at least 5-6 dropped passes, not to mention Parker muffing the punt and then not falling on it.

That was (I think) before the NFL passed a rule that coaches had to ditch suits and formalwear in favor of apparel from official merchandisers. Which is a fucking ridiculous rule any way you look at it. This year the Houston coach had to get a special exemption to wear a suit that was designed by Reebok.

But even given all that, someone really does need to talk to Belichick about not dressing like a homeless person.

He's not a nice guy, plus people always hate winners. I'm sure all the hate keeps him up at night. Oh, wait--HE NEVER SLEEPS.

When Gostkowski hit that FG, they showed Belichick and Brady showing zero emotion and I was actually thinking "Christ, these guys don't even enjoy winning." So it was nice to see Belichick's kids mob him and shit. Is his daughter hot? The shot was too quick.

All this being said, I've got a strange feeling that the Colts have a pretty good chance next week. The clutchness of Viniatieri is almost enough to offset the bed-shitting of Manning.

Key word being almost. Indy was my preseason pick for AFC champ because I figures Peyton would get there eventually. If it was anybody but the Pats, I would be hopeful, but...

Not shaking hands with his former assistant and pushing down a camera to later hug this same guy comes to mind.

I realized yesterday that the Pats are almost like the 49r's of the 80's, but will hopefully end up more like the Broncos of the 80's this year if they make the Super Bowl again.
All I know is that if it ends up being the Bears/Pats, I want to see the Super Bowl shuffle video played at least ten times on tv the week leading up to the game.
