Throw in Steven Colbert and say, Will Ferell, you have a good debate for the question "People less funny than Larry the Cable Guy."

This just makes no sense

Yeah, although I'm the board's biggest LooGAR sycophant, even I can't back him on this one...except maybe for Colbert.

Either that or pointing out the collective bad taste in comedy of TEH OBs?

Presenile dementia, while unusual in a young person, is known to occur from time to time. Impairments in judgement are a hallmark of this terrible and debilitating affliction.

Not really. I was just pointing out that what many here find funny is pretty well the antithesis of actual comedy.

If I were to do what chase, monty and whoever else does, I would need to comment in every thread about how much I didn't like those dudes or how unfunny they are.

(I could be accused of doing this about Drinky's musical tastes from time to time, tho)

man a beer right now might be the antidote to how i feel but i'm giving sobriety a try today. maybe it's not the humor of the Office that you don't get but the fact that people work in offices. now that you actually have a big-boy job you'll start to get the jokes.

Apparently it's "Take Loog Down a Notch Month" here at Obner.

Oh my, what if it's "Take Loog Down a Notch Year". I mean, we wouldn't know yet would we? That would suck.

Getting back to the actual show, I loved Orlando Bloom's cameo in the first episode. Hilarious.

To answer my own question, according to the HBO website, Bowie's in the next episode, Harry Potter's in the one after that, the Coldplay dude is in the one after that, and Ian McKellen is in the one after that. BRILLIANT!
