Only 87 voters so far. Last year we had 100. Come on!

and 1 in 100 win a free $15 best buy gift card, so odds are better for everyone this year (so far)!

What's this about a gift card?

I thought last year we only had 99...

shmooston?
We have a problem.
I can't select the Editors because someone entered it as a 2005 release, but it came out in the US in 2006.

Please advise.
Over.

we have had this discussion before. an album is released in a non-US country in a year prior to when it's released in the US. as alongwaltz would point out, it's not like we can hear every release every year. sometimes you just have to resign to the fact that you didn't hear something in its primary release year. this is why "what would you have voted for if you'd heard it" threads come about once or twice each year.

I missed some albums because they weren't on the charts (and I can't be expected to add em myself.)

Of course not. Just like I can't be expected to update the results with your votes when there's only an hour left. ;)

We should stagger these polls.

We should be doing Shmoo Poll 1966 right now. That way everyone would be a lot more certain they'd heard everything they'd think they'd like.

You did actually. The bottom of the top 20 and the early 20's are really close.

They deserve my 4 points.

If you won't change it, I'll have to resubmit my list.

I'm surprised OPA and Yail Bloor didn't vote. Didn't they make lists for HipD? Dalen didn't vote either.
