Reports say that when he was going through security at the Miami airport yesterday he was asked to throw away his half full 20 oz water bottle. After much protesting he threw it in the bin and boarded his Air Tran flight (Air Tran sponsors him BTW).

The TSA security people were curious of his behavior and checked the water bottle and it was found to have a secret compartment with a dark residue and a pungent odor.

No word yet as to what the NFL or authorities will do. He's on tape throwing the bottle away.

Nevermind that he was smoking weed. I could care less.

Nevermind that he's the 130 million dollar man and the face of the franchise, some say the NFL to an extent.

Nevermind that the Mannings and Brady's of the league would NEVER get caught doing shit like this.

The thing that bothers me most is WHAT KIND OF COMPLETE FUCKING IDIOT DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO THINK YOU COULD GET AWAY THIS!?!?

Seriously, as a human being living in our current world of air travel how stupid do you have to be?

I'm completely done with this idiot and I don't care what he can do on the field. This just proves to me how stupid he is.

Oh I really don't care if he gets in trouble or not. I just find it to be stupid on so many levels and answers so many questions for me.

Then again, he's not the first star athlete to pull some shit like this. I guess they figure normal laws don't apply to them.

I would've loved to have been in the room when Arthur Blank heard this.

If by a four game suspension you mean a slap on the wrist, then yeah.

What a fucking dipshit. He is high though.

With the previous Ricky Williams incidences, he might actually get suspended a few games for this, since they will probably test him immediately.

I may be way off, but I thought that if you got picked up for some sort of substance infraction, then you were automatically suspended, even if it was DWI or similar.

Positive test or not, and even if he isnt charged, the league can still suspend him if they deduce that it was weed.

Just like the idiot UGA fan that jumped the line at the metal-detector so he wouldn't miss his flight to the Auburn game, right?

Also, it was the Ole Miss game. If you'd ever been to the Grove then you'd understand.

Also, it's kind of different. That guy made a spur of the moment idiotic move. Vick KNEW he was going to try this.

Also, why do you have such a hard on for any UGA talk?

I could be wrong but in the last year or so I'm pretty sure that none of us that went to school there has started any threads about UGA. We may post in appropriate football threads or when the topic is pertinent.

We talk about them much much less than the Cornhuskers or Bears around here.

Oh yes. And the MacDonalds that Marcus Vick brandished his fire arm is about 4 miles from my home and I occasionally get a double cheeseburger from there.

I guess, indirectly, this situation explains a lot about me too. :)

Vick needs to grow the fuck up. I'm sick of him. Probably the most overrated player in the league.

With our luck, our president will read this thread, and try and out-dumb Vick.

Oh wait, too late.

I think they could only get him for one game or whatever the Minnesota players got for the Boat orgy thing, without a failed test they can basically only punish him for detrimental conduct. He'd get atleast four games for actually testing positive.

How do you have a secret compartment in a bottle of water?
Aren't the bottles clear to begin with?

And on an unrelated note:

Quote:
Usher fined $425 for speeding in Ga.

Usher has been found guilty of speeding in a July 4 incident in which he was pulled over on Interstate 75 for driving 103 mph.

The 28-year-old R&B singer appeared in Bartow County court Tuesday to face a speeding citation. He was fined $425 by Probate Court Judge Mitchell Scoggins and told to perform 20 hours of community service.

After the ruling, Usher spent 30 minutes signing autographs for fans inside the courthouse, said a representative for Scoggins.

Usher is a five-time Grammy winner. His hits include "Confessions," "Burn," "You Make Me Wanna" and "Yeah!"
