For my new mix series, I will be covering a 24 hour period in 3 parts:

Evening
Afternoon
Morning

I will be starting with the Evening, and working my way till dawn.

For this first compilation, Evening, I wanted the music to evoke
the emotions and atmosphere I appreciate during this time. Shadows, soft light,
calming silence. At times grandiose, at others intimate and ethereal.
The night has a charm to it that I find real peace in, and I hope the music
featured here expresses that to you as well.

very cool. i remember i was going to do something similar for my 2006 mixes but didnt get around to it.

You should do a 24 hour long mix!

You could break it up into 24 "episodes" and then we could all listen to them in real time.
