Yeah, not really thrilled with the headliners again this year. I typically enjoy the undercard more anyway, and there are several acts that I'm excited to see on that list. More will likely be added, no?

i finally understand.

this is great for people who live in metropolitan areas that are practically devoid of touring bands. personally, i would never spend $250+ just on tickets for this festival because there're only a handful of bands i'd want to see and chances are good that most of them will tour through where i live at some point. i only spent $625 on admissions last year and coachella would be about one third (plus plane tickets on top of it) of my 2007 live show budget in just three days. have fun, though.

Happy Mondays have been unsucessfully trying to get American work visas since Perry Farrell's Enit festival Summer of '96 which they had to cancel on. It could happen this time but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Sweet line up. I got a destination wedding in Maui the week before that is gonna break my bank, plus class 6 days a week so I pretty much have zero chance of going this year.

you guys know i'm a die-hard coachella attendee, but honestly, i'm not sure how i feel about it this year.

a lot of those bands are great, but i've seen them plenty of times. a few i'm excited about.
