Got some free trial thing going.

I've never seen The Big Lebowski. It's one of those movies where everyone and their mom has told me I'm insane because I haven't seen it. It's not that I'm against it, I just haven't seen it.

What other classics am I missing? Also, are there any TV shows that would be worth seeing? I've never seen 24, Lost, Prison Break, House, etc. and all of those are on my list.

Just saw "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" over the weekend, and thought it was quite entertaining... funny, wry, dark.

i really wanted to like it, but the "talk to the camera" thing was just too much for me. well, i still kinda liked it, but not as much as I wanted to.

Brick is a really good movie.

I had Netflix for a while, but their delivery was way too slow for me. I switched to Blockbuster and I've been much happier with it.

The Prisoner's already in there.

I like dark comedies, horror films, and basically anything that's a little sick and twisted. That's how I've missed so many mainstream movies... years of watching shitty horror films.

God, you and my husband would get along great. He's the same way.

He owns a copy of Cannibal Holocaust for crying out loud. That thing was friggin outlawed for years. I tease him all the time that his horror fixation creeps me out.

Oh and yeah Netflix rules. I don't know what I'd do without it.

I went through the Buffy and Angel series thanks to Netflix. Right now Josh and I just started watching Dream On.

And it's funny you mention The Big Lebowski, I just bought it on DVD a couple weeks ago.

my dad used to work saturday mornings and then sleep from like noon until 8pm. every saturday for years, my mom and i would rent two or three really bad horror movies and eat popcorn together. she's been trying to get me into buffy for years, but i still only like the movie.

have you watched Charmed? that's one that she actually did get me to start watching. how about Dead Like Me? that's a funny show.

This... is a great flick. Baz Luhrman if i remember correctly.

If you want so bad that it's good, get a friend and hunker down for some serious liver abuse with Six String Samurai.

Also, CB4 and Fear of a Black Hat are a great twofer.

Wow - you've found "Nebraska" and "The Big Lebowski" in one week. That's a good week.
