My best guess would be:

Beggars Group
Epitaph
Vagrant
TVT

...but I might be wrong. Besides, I'm not sure how closely Vagrant has shacked up with that Gragantuan ex-Interscope machine.

Is V2 considered an indie? If so they release a ton of stuff in Europe.

Notwithstanding recent events with the US arm

If you're going strictly by sales the list according to Soundscan would be:
Epitaph
Victory
Comedy Central
TVT
Sanctuary
Sub Pop
Beggars/Matador

Merge, T&G, Barsuk, Saddlecreek all sell quite a bit less most weeks. But they also release fewer albums and don't have as big of a catalog. MErge will shoot up the list the week Arcade Fire comes out. Come next week Sub Pop might climb to the top of the list with The Shins... There are other indies that don't deal in anything remotely related to our world of music that sell quite a bit more than the labels above by the way but i left them off since they seemed irrelevant to the conversation.

and oh yeah, V2 doesn't sell much in America at all.

sub pop will be racking up lots more numbers with the shins and merge the same with arcade fire. still, epitaph can kill all'um in the numbers game
