My guess is that Blazing Saddles will come out the winner in this one....

Maybe Young Frankenstein at #2
and Spaceballs at # 3..

But I must admit, I have always had a soft spot for Silent Movie.

Saddles, with the disclaimer that Feldman's performance in Young Frankenstein is on the shortlist for best comedic performance ever.

Never was a big fan although I did have Spaceballs on VHS and watched it a bunch as a kid. I was a little late on Blazing Saddles. I didn't see it until college and at that time Happy Gilmore was the height of comedy for me.

So my vote goes for:

SOLARBABIES (1986, Producer- Mel Brooks)

Tie: High Anxiety, Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles.

The rest are stupid, even though I laughed. Silent Movie a little less stupid than the others.

I don't even know who you are anymore.

Spaceballs is my sentimental fave
Blazing Saddles is a pioneer
and History of the World is just fucking hilarious. I always wanted a sequel. Fave scene is The INquisition musical.

No, they're all stupid. Still funny, though.

Blazing Saddles.
But, for the record, I have not yet seen The Producers (Zero Mostel/Gene Wilder).
