weather - sf a bit better but i lived there and its not exactly great weather. its cold as hell at least half the year.

price - sf is more expensive but seattle isnt exactly cheap

fun things to do - depends. seattle is better for outdoors activities...simply closer to the wildnerness and less crowded when you get there. sf has more cultural stuff but seattle has plenty, really

people - seattle in a landslide. friendlier, less pompoous
