Bill Richardson *

* His 24 years record in the House, per Loogar, be damned. Man served as UN ambassador, Energy Sec'y, envoy to North Korea in the Clinton years (& has been asked to return, by Bush's admin.), has expertise in sub-Saharan conflicts of recent vintage (Darfur, not Rwanda). He has shit together. But, again, I am not the policy master; that's LooGAR, & Yail, & Derris, & Cap'n, & Ol' Bulee, & Fu, & (sometimes) that race-polluting (that explains the 'sometimes') FT. Basically, anybody with roots in a piece of the Louisiana Purchase, or in a state that used to allow slaving (keyword: state; all of New England/Midatlantic allowed slaving pre-independence).

I have always stated the Richardson is highly qualified for the job, but I think his opponents would have some fun opposition research nuggets with which to hang him.

And just because we are smarter than you, doesn't mean you need to insult where we are from, you beer guzzling, cheese noshing, Ripon Republican movie theatre working prevert.

i like how there is a moderately serious political discussion intermixed with a rather lengthy commentary on G.I. Joe. Only on Obner.
