Did anyone besides the two of us buy Today is Tonight last year?

I love the band, especially live, but my favorite tracks on the album are the ones that were on the first two eps.

Still, really good album.

For me, today is all about Joni Mitchell's Blue.

Actually, I saw them live about a week and a half ago, and really liked their set, so I bought their CD. I'm really liking it so far.

robotboy and I are good friends with their lead singer, I'm glad things are going well for them. I also worked at the studio they recorded most of that album at, good bunch of guys. Drummer's such a badass.

Oh cool. Actually they opened for Division Day, who are from SF and are also really good. I guess the two bands met at SXSW last year and hit it off, and the Changes flew out here to do some shows with them.

I bought that album by the Changes too. Really solid record. Never had the chance to see them live, though.

I'll be listening to these later while I clean up the apartment:

Andrew Bird - Armchair Apocrypha
Arcade Fire - Neon Bible
M. Ward - Post-War
Frank Black - Teenager of the Year
