Am I the only one who thought the Prince thing was actually pretty good ( as these Halftime things go ) ?

1. The performer almost always mimes along to a recorded track, or it's a mix of live/tape.

2. I give him credit for doing other people's songs, too. I completely expected nothing more than "Here's a medley of my 5 biggest hits".

Foos routinely play "Darling Nikki" in their live shows.

Prince is repaying the favour.

I thought it was better than average... and I think he did play most of those guitar solos... and the all along the watchtower tease was interesting...

and now, although Colts are dominating... and it is pouring rain.. the Bears will come back to steal a game they should have lost....

That was one shitty, pointless commercial.

And probably the worst version of "Not Fade Away" ever, which is saying something.

i would probably like that bud-light axe-hitchhiker commercial if it were any other beer

EDIT: imagine a guy with a pabst case
dude: "he's got a dirty 30"
chick: "but he's got an axe"
dude: "DIRTY THIRTY"

Grossman's like the Bernard Black of quarterbacks.

Manny? Manny? Catch the ball, Manny. I can't win this football game without you, Manny.

On another board, I predicted Grossman would shit himself, & a 30-17 Colts win. Pretty close so far.

Not to take away from Colts fans or anything, but that wasn't the most exciting Superbowl ever.

Yes.

Even better, Bill Simmons assumes his role as the Rev. Jim Jones of the Sports's People's Temple known as Greater Boston, & all those morans (how do we do strike-thru on this?... I mean, MORONS) kill themselves.

The SportsGuy must die. All Boston fans must die. LooGAR must die. (Somehow, Derris survives. He's like the Keith Richards of SEC Football fans.)

really shitty superbowl and i am upset that manning actually won one. the league must be very happy seeing as they have done everything in their power to secure this result for the past 4 years.

Jesus Christ. Rex Grossman is the worst NFL quarterback this side of Kyle Boller.
