You, me, Axel Rose, Tom Brokaw, the late Ronald Reagan...

I'm two beers in already. You?

At work. After work is when the boozing will begin. I actually have a lot of work to get to today, so that's kind of a biter.

Bob Marley was born today, too. And Babe Ruth. We're in good company.

Oh I'm at school, with shitloads of work to do.

But I find a way.

Z, thanks for the birthday call and flowers. Oh wait... you didn't get me flowers

If I actually knew you and live in Chicago, I would totally get you flowers. But since I don't you get this crappy obner messege instead cus' I'm afraid I might come across as a stalker if I sent flowers to a woman I never met before.

One one "e" in W. Bailey's stage name. Axl (no e) Rose (one e).

Thanks!

Z gave me the gift of not kicking my drunk ass yesterday. Oh, and he smiled for two pictures. It was like a dream come true.

My friend in Seattle sent me these weird blood colored tulip/calla lily looking flowers and they're hot.

Fellow birthday boy, the party was a good one. I only got into one argument and that was at the end of the night, so I was drunk enough that I don't remember it. I shmoozed with a blog dude who paid me some of the highest compliments I've ever received. My roommate and I bonded over shots and beer. My best friend from high school, whom I haven't seen in three years, came to celebrate with me. It was a wonderful evening. And Shmoo came, so that was much appreciated.

Answer your phone, homie!

I'm very lucky that my director likes me. I had to be at work at 7:30, but the meeting was not until 8:30. I made it at 8:22. Thank Jeebus for the office shower because I need one badly. And thank Jeebus that the bar was not smoky last night.
