how many boston venues aren't 21+ anyway? the last time i was there, it seemed like most places where good bands played had age restrictions. i'm sure one of the boston obners will weigh in on this.

also, does DC really need a curfew? that town seems to die (except for one or two streets) by 11 every night anyway.

How tough are these things really enforced?
I always thought Lincoln and Omaha have had a curfew of 11pm on weeknights and Midnight on weekends.

Seems like it's still being figured out, although the selective enforcement/review idea is not a good long-term solution for adapting the law for places that will be unfairly hurt by the order.
