From Twin Peaks, my fave is the agent that Miguel Ferrar played. The "get back on your porch and resume whittling" comment may be the best line ever delivered on television.

Nice pick. I regard "Duckula" as vastly underrated (especially next to Danger Mouse which seems to get all the plaudits) but then I've not actually seen it in, oh, 15 years.
