Something similar happened in Wisconsin recently..these people kept thier kids locked up and made them wear shock collars and bashed out their teeth I think..

What's bad is that something like this actually happened which is why I said it. There was a story about 6 years ago over in Elijay, GA where this redneck found out his wife was cheating on him, found the guy, shot him, then tied a rope around his dead body and drug him down a back road behind a tractor. I'm completely serious. Dude went to jail for life I think.
