just got to work - i was downtown long enough to gorge on mexican food, drink a pint of margarita, a jack & ginger, and free beer, and walked in the back door to see architecture in helsinki.

i love knowing people in this town.

Dana's sister just called. She's headed over to see Donovan (yes, THAT Donovan). I called Kit, and he may be headed down here a little later. I called Ish, and he was at the airport in the middle of a full body cavity search.

I'm taking a quick breather at the Spider House, while shiv takes in Thunderbirds Are Now! and Les Savy Fav back at The REF. Kit was with us for the Call Me Lightning and Flying Fatal Guillotines shows. FFG were the most insane wild-ass band I've ever seen, bar none. Jon took pics from the front row.

Go see the Paybacks...saw 'em last Saturady and they said they were heading to the festival...if you like some straight ahead garage rock...they'll bring it.

And Wendy is actually very cute in person, despite looking a bit to the manish side on the album covers.
