On my first try.

I NAILED IT!

I was suppose to let it chill and marinate overnight, but after two hours, i was just too curious....

It is awesome...Its gonna tak major will power not too finish it before morning!!!

Tomato's, Onions, Garlic, Jalapeno peppers, salt, lemon juice, and cilantro....chopped, diced, and mixed...

im gonna bottle this stuff!

I think that Tania might be arguing that, since it is not a cooked "sauce," it's not truly salsa?

"Salsa" has more of thick (or thin, depending on your preference) soupy/creamy texture, usually requiring blending in a blender. Although, often times, I'll make my version of salsa with stewed tomatoes given it that 'soupiness' to it. If you don't wanna use a blender and REALLY wanna go ol' skool, use a "molcajate" -- mortar and pestle.

I don't make salsa. I make a mean spicy Bean dip though. None of that canned refried garbage neither.
