Elastica - "Vaseline" ("Connection" a close second)

Spoon Telephono - "Dont' Buy The Realistic" ("Plastic Mylar" a close second)
Spoon A Series of Sneaks - "Metal School" (the rest of the disc a close second)

(in regards to Spoon, I'm assuming you're asking about full-length albums)

Stutter was my favorite 10 years ago, but now I like Hold Me Now or See That Animal
Although I think there are at least 8 strong songs on the album that are great for fitting into mix tapes/CDs.

Colors And The Kids is one of my favorite Cat Power songs. It quiet and beautiful and sad and needs to be listened to closely I think (not good 'backround music,' or party music).
American Flag, He Turns Down, and You May Know Him are also some favorites off the album.

There's really no wrong answer on that Elastica record. It's amazingly strong from top to bottom. But if there's a gun to my head; "Stutter."
