I'm really fucking sorry I missed that Forgotten Rebels show when they played Call the Office in London, early '05. I had thesis work and couldn't make it and now that I'm out west I'll probably never see them again.

I'm also sorry I missed the Frank Black show in ATL back in October. That way I would have seen him twice last fall.

Pixies @ Luna Park this past Friday night

I saw them anyway on the Saturday at V Fest, but still, it's not like they're ever going to come here again.

Oh, and apparently they did a tiny secret show in Melbourne as well, so there's another one I wish I'd seen

EDIT: there's heaps of others I've missed, but the worst is PJ Harvey 3 times, because I wasn't in Sydney or able to get here every single time she played

Is this the show where he opened for Sebadoh? If so, I was there.
Had no f'ing clue who Elliott Smith was at the time and only realized he had opened when I recently came across the ticket stub.

Nirvana in high school (couldn't get off work! showed up to the TCBY instead of skipping out!)

Strummer in Dublin when I lived there, I guess 99 or 2000. Couldn't get anyone to come with me.

Glad I saw while alive: Morphine, Stereolab

Smithereens...it was a outdoor festival thingy, & there was an EXTREMELY violent thunderstorm going, so I stayed home.

Drive-By Truckers last year, skipped it because the Cards were playing at home in the World Series and didn't want to deal with the crowds. Game ended up getting rained out.

Arcade Fire a couple years ago, back when I was living in Chicago. I can't remember if it was at Schuba's or the Double Door, or what. But it was a combo of not wanting to drive from the suburbs/going alone, I decided to skip it.

Last Nirvana show in DC at Patriot Center. Even though I am so over them, I suppose seeing them on their way out would've been cool.

I don't know -- I only found out about the show like 5-years too late.

And the Charlottesville show was when I lived in the UK so...damn it all to hell.
