Actually, he did it for Ben, his son with Pegi. Zeke is his son with Carrie Snodgrass, and he can talk. He does have some form of cerebral palsy, though, IIRC.

Yeah, I agree. I picked it up used a year ago, and I didn't find it too bad. I expected much worse.
