I'm thoroughly disgusted already, but trying hard not to be. We all knew the bullpen was gonna suck...

*is pulling hair out of head*

Though, I wouldn't blame this loss on the bullpen as much as our offense. We definitely should have scored a few more runs. While I hate to see Flash give up two runs anytime, he should have had a bigger cushion.

How do you figure he should've had a bigger cushion?

The Braves pitching staff was awesome yesterday only giving up 6 hits I think.

Hudson only gave up 2 hits in 7 innings and one got jacked unfortunately.

Off to see the Cleveland home opener tomorrow.....in Milwaukee. $10 bucks for any seat in the house....which is worth it alone to see Grady and Vlad.

Orioles=slowly climbing out of the basement. Seriously folks, it doesn't take much these days to get me excited as an Orioles fan.

it was a fun game to attend. The well executed slow motion wave was pretty fantastic (first time seeing it).

They're both looking pretty good so far.

My worst fears for the M's have been manifested so far---Batista, Ramirez and Weaver all got shelled. I'll look forward to watching every 5th game, though.

late in my response, but yes, yes they did. This team can play at times. Let's hope all this talk of "ra ra shish kum bah" isn't just a put on by Millar and co.

In 5-10 years you'll have an answer to that question.

just seems a dude should get a nickname after he's been around a little while. but no doubt it was created by the media.

anyway, hoping for a Peavy vs Felix matchup during the annual Pads/M's interleague "rivals" series

You are correct that it was created by the media....although in this case not as big of a media source as you would think and a lot longer ago than you might have thought:

Watching some of the Jackie Robinson stuff on Sports Center tonight, made it seem like a pretty damn cool day around the major leagues.
