Been listening to a CD with the following two albums burned on it...

Image
Siouxsie and the Banshees - Once Upon A Time: The Singles

Image
Siouxsie and the Banshees - JuJu

The early singles followed by the last album they made that really emphasized the guitars. Really good stuff that any fan of the Cure or even Joy Division should be listening to if they're not already.

You just have stray condos floating around the country, holding your old records?

"Youth and Young Manhood"

Listening to this album earlier today made me wish "Because of the Times" were a lot better....

I think John McGeoch is really one of the under rated guitarist of the period. So much under rated in fact, that when I posted news of his death last year (or was it the year before) no one else on Obner responded.

WP: Kings of Leon 'Because of the Times'. This album really is open sewer after track 7. Hold your nose and watch where you step kids.

NP: The Clientele 'The Violet Hour'.
