Setup Roller Derby track and help out with a former Husker football/NFL player autograph session we are having during a party following the Nebraska Spring Game.
Sunday:
Laundry, possibly go see Grindhouse or Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie.

Tonight: TV On The Radio @ Variety Playhouse, Possibly get drunk with friends afterwards.

Tomorrow: I have to work from 5pm-1am so my plans to go see ATHF at the Drive-In have been cancelled

Sunday: Atlanta Dogwood Festival

Saturday: Hairdresser appointment, credit union appointment, clean house (cuz I didn't get to finish the previous weekend), laundry, possibly help friend move. I'd add "work" to the list but our system is being shut down for maintenance.

Saturday evening: Riverwalk & tapas dinner with Wench, maybe a movie at hers afterwards

Sunday: Brunch at friends', homeward bound eventually

Friday: Dinner party at the Boutros Boutros Ghali's.

Saturday: Build the worldest long suspension bridge across the Bay of Biscay.

Sunday: Hunt dinosaurs.

Tonight: The brother-in-law might be coming through at some point this weekend, so I'll be going booze shopping this afternoon. Tonight I'm just cooking shrimp scampi with a white wine sauce and later on, posssibly some cards.

Saturday/Sunday: Grilling some tenderloins and drinking some 50.

No plans. Possibilities:

* Brunch
* Finish season two of "The Office"

Weekend already...been too frazzeled lately to make advance plans....maybe a psychobilly show Saturday night, probably the usual soccer and beer tonight...maybe a movie Sunday...damn, I gotta get thinkin'.

Today: Dissappoint what few friends I have left by not driving to Charleston for a bachelor party. Finish my taxes and e-file. File some PAC paperwork, and open up an MGA bank acct.

Tonite: Be a sparkling wiggle. Maybe go see hoax

Tmrw: Go to some society ball, that is the ostensible reason for me to not be going to Charleston. Drink whiskey. Pay a friend's kid a boatload of money to drive us around. Vomit on my shoes.

Friday- Worked today 'til 3. Tonight just watching the Bulls and going to bed early.

Saturday - Working early, done by 11. Then the Decemberists w/ My Brightest Diamond in the evening. Drinking heavily.

Sunday - The start of four days off in a row, won't have to work again until Thursday. Seeing Andrew Bird on Tuesday.

Have I dropped the name Rob Thomas lately? If not, let me know, and I'll be glad to bore everyone into submission with my umpteenth telling of going to high school with the creator of Veronica Mars. He's pretty much the only "famous" person I "know."

Today: work social event, clean, booze

Tomorrow: volunteer gig, outdoor food/beer at pals

Sunday: work, curses. maybe some painting.

I'm troubled that yesterday a new secured wireless network popped up on my screen and my usual unsecured one was not available. I'm going to have to pay for the internets, looks like.

The autograph session is being followed by a party thrown by Former Husker/Green Bay Packer Steve Warren. We have 14 tables with two chairs at each one set for the autograph session, so I'm not sure how many of those will be filled. They are having some benefit thing tonight at a different location where Ahman Green, Tom Osborne, Tommie Frazier and all the Husker Heisman winners along with about 50 other not so notable players doing the same thing, so I'm not sure how many will show up here after the Spring Game.

I don't think I remember this, Bob. It's a great little show though, and I've already developed a crush on the "bad boy" in the show. I heard the show's been cancelled now though.

Not canceled yet from what I've heard. Just that there are a couple directions they may take it next year. Or yeah, it may get canceled. I'd be pissed if they canceled this and put in another Pussycat Dolls tryout show.


My weekend is boring. Mainly me trying to get sleep the next 24 hrs. Been fighting a minor depression all week and my MS is being pissy(though they go hand in hand) so I've been in a lot of freaking pain and baby's crawling so I'm on the go a lot this week.

Tomorrow is Charlie's first soccer game. Then hang with the baby and watch a movie or two.

Sunday is brunch at some friends of ours. Then nada.

Nice, d. Although I'm not quite as enthusiastic about the whole Broken West album as some of the other folks, there's some great tunes on there.
