You may remember Troy from such inventions as the Ursus Series Grizzly Protection Suits, a full body armor built to withstand a pissed off bear attack so that Hurtubise could study them in the wild.

Now Troy has decided to help protect soldiers. I'm not sure if he's only offering these to the Canadian military or not, but I'm pretty impressed with both the Cock Watch and the Last Words Recorder.
