I'm going to try staying off the cola for one month starting tomorrow. Who's with me?

I've kinda slipped the past couple of weeks since I've been drinking Captain & Coke. I need to switch back to vodka tonics, the Coke is messing up my stomach.

I recently relapsed on regular soda...I now allow one or two on the weekend just for a quick sugar fix. I now regret drinking those tons of soda during my teen years...

Recently quit smoking. Soda is the only fix I have left. It will die someday, but not right now. :)

You're quitting cola but still drinking lemon/lime soda? Pretty lame, Milhouse.

The problem is, Pepsi is a daily thing for me. Pretty much an addiction.

I can handle a lemon/lime mixer once in awhile.

oddly, I decided no more Diet Coke for me today. Just water and tea for me from now on.

I haven't had a carbonated drink since late October. Water mostly, sometimes tea, every once in a while coffee.

I gave up caffeine, so I don't drink regular coke but once or twice a month, and then it's only one. I still drink sprite, which has less sugar and no caffeine. You couldn't pay me to drink anything with aspartame in it, it makes me feel too weird.

Twilight- surely other factors as well as soda led you to type 2, no? I thought it was the product of many different things.

I drink seltzer...though there was a huge sale on appolinaris (like $1 per liter) and I have been drinking that lately.
