Don't talk crazy now. Now that he's dipped into all that vinyl, he's about to drop the atomic bomb of all mixes on us soon.

And yeah, that Mink DeVille album is goddamn amazing. I'm thinking of making a list of the Best Music I've Heard All Year in contrast to the '07 only releases. Because this would be on there, as would this Ronnie and Pete album.

The Orb's Adventures Beyond The Ultraworld

Quiet enough to relax you with just enough beats to keep your attention. Very few electronic albums seem to walk the line between sleepy and energetic as well as this one does. Hadn't played it for a long while, but it's holding up quite nicely to me. Electronic music can be very, what's the new thing, but it is worth revisiting some favorites now and then.

Not as far as I know. I've just been going through my CD collection alphabetically, and I got to Foo Fighters so I decided to listen to all the Nirvana stuff, too.

Bleach is pretty good. I like how the slower songs sound a lot like the Melvins.
