Sweet Jebus, do the Rangers ever have the sux0rz!!! That Danks for McCarthy trade is the worst of this century. And though we're only seven years in, I predict it will hold that title for the next 93.

Soriano injured his hamstring yesterday and had to leave the game. MRI was negative, but the Cubs still called up Felix Pie to play CF today.

Seriously FT - I watched all of the games the Rangers played this weekend(as they were playing the M's) - The Rangers kicked the ball around so much that they looked like a SOCCER TEAM out there.

I needed that chuckle after watching the Phils suck it up once again. Good lord, they're the pits right now. I'll see better clutch hitting in my daughter's 2nd grade softball game this weekend. Probably better relief pitching, too.

I know it's early in the season, but how far can they fall behind without totally screwing themselves?

I feel your pain. Because it is my pain, also.

I feel really lucky that I was working and didn't have to watch any of it.

This could be a blessing, though, because if they keep this up, we won't have any delusions about reaching the playoffs. In some weird, convoluted way it would be less bitter than the past few years where they Phillies have had the 4th best record in the NL, yet still miss the playoffs.

I think I'd still rather have a team worth watching over the summer. The hitting will eventually come around, but the bullpen needs to be blown apart .

he was; i've heard some radio stuff with him as recently as 2-3 years ago but i honestly don't know where he is now.

I wonder how fat Terry Pendleton is by now? 400 pounds? 500?
