Another monster of recent history goes the way of the dodo bird

I am sure many of you don't care, but for someone like me, a career like his a fucking dream.

Jesus that article is a pufferoo on one of the most self-deluded s.o.b's to come down the pike in the past half century.

I find it funny that Gore is a darling now, in yet his wife (and him) were so into ratings on music. Now all these progressive people are like yay Gore, boo Valenti. I never got that duality. I say boo on both.

It has to do with the way you wield power. Liberals hate anyone with a nutsack or an obvious ego. Valenti had both. Gore, while an ego-maniac, hides it behind his "here to save you all" demeanor. So, Smarm = Good. Ability to get shit done and crush people like grape = bad.

Extrapolate this theory and you will see why Carter has gotten a revision post presidency, and why the liberal wing of the party is not enamored of Hillary, or even Bill in many ways. (It also explains the depth of hatred for Dubya.)

Again, I say to you: 2 Supreme Court Justices confirmed (see last week's abortion ruling for that effect) Iraq War Resolution passed, "Ruinous" Tax Cuts for the wealthy, etc, etc.... The man and his team had an agenda, it may not be one you agree with, but he rammed it through for 6 years.

So does that leave Nellie Connolly as the sole Dealey Plaza Motorcade survivor?
