Metallica's DVD Some Kind Of Monster

With the exceptions of Ride the Lightning and ... And Justice For All, I'm not a huge fan of Metallica, in fact, they get on my fucking nerves (except Kirk Hammet). However, I could'nt wait to watch Some Kind of Monster, Metallica's reality documentery of the making of their latest record Saint Anger. Overall, it's pretty interesting, although the doc. makes me hate Lars Ulrich even more (James H. Included). Thoes two are so fucking full of themselves it makes me want to throw up all over them. In a deleted scene, Lars bitches and moans durring a birthday party for Kirk that no one ever does this stuff for him. Also, Dave Mustaine goes to thearapy with Lars and cries like a fucking pussy!! I like Dave and all, but man ...I dont want to see him crying and moaning that Metallica is number one and Megadeth is number two. They discuss a little about late bassist Cliff Burton (bad ass bass player!). One very intersting part of the dvd was the search for the new bass player. The director intervied Jason N. about him leaving the band. Jason called the band lame for going into group therapy. Anyway, I was very very surprised of the people that auditioned for them. Danny Lohnner (ex nin bassist) Twiggy Rameriiez (Marilyn Manson) and ERIC AVERY?!!!! jesus christ, i thought he was dead!!!?!!?!?! Anyway, the dvd is worth watching even if you really fucking hate Metallica.
