Personally I can't stand the guys who walk around with their pants half hanging off(on purpose, some of us are glutally challenged) - but then again I can't imagine that any women find this look attractive so maybe it is natural selection at work... :wanker:

Oh yeah, and ladies - **News Flash** - some of those low-rise pants make even the skinniest of you look a little chunky...

Louisiana already tried this. The story made the Daily Show -- Stephen Colbert covered it. Following that, though I don't actually know if there is a direct connection, the bill died.

There are more important things for states to decide than whether the plumber's look is a foul one.

Virginia is for idiots.

thankfully, unless it involves cigarettes or faggots, these kind of bills have little chance of getting through the senate.

Thanks Virginia for making all of the other State governements' provincial leanings seem not so bad.

Don't forget that Virginia also attempted to create a "Support of Traditional Marriage" license plate. With their anti-sodomy laws I guess you could end up making these for being gay. They might as well make the license plates say "Homos Get Out!"

in our very, very faint defense, VA is hardly the only state with anti-sodomy laws.

But they're still unconstitutional. USSC decided such in the Texas case involving raid on a private home at which no other crime was committed but ass-fucking, sweet, sweet, consensual ass-fucking.

Except that just about everybody else has overturned this law

historically VA doesn't give up on something just because some big-city "supreme court" decided that it was against the law.

seriously, how the fuck are they pulling this off?

Chase, not unlike Georgia, Virginia is a large, diverse (by this mean geographicall, geopolitically, and economically) Basically pronvicialism can even overrule money (and common sense) when the good state senator from Blacksburg who enjoys congress with his sheep, but let these queers do the same thing, its an abomination. "God told me to fuck sheep" (not an actual quote)

Good example from Georgia: Tom Murphy (Speaker of the house and defacto CZAR of this state for many a moon) used his pull and his ability to swing the votes of that vast swath of agriculture and back-assness that is South Georgia when Georgia instituted a mandatory seat belt law.

Tom Murphy drove a pickup truck. Georgia's seatbelt law did not cover pickup trucks. And no high falutin' city boys from Atlanta were gonna do shit about it.

We read a lot of constitutional law cases about Virgina and their
"resistance" to "equal protection" - the best was the one about not allowing whites to marry blacks but not having a problem with whites marrying native americans because John Smith hooked up with pocohontas and being fine with other races inter-marrying. sweet. almost as good as the case from I think AL where they segregated the blind school.

If only they would have known to do this in Kentucky, then Clayton Bigsby probably would not have been so conflicted.

Ray Charles was in a segregated all-blind school...
Blender Mag. finally comes in handy...

VA is also one of the few states left who still have laws against oral sex. A law, I am ashamed to say, that I never broke.

BTW -- the last guy that got convicted of that didn't get raided -- he had to admit it in court as a tangential fact to something else (it was something like his alibi for not committing robbery was that he was at his ex-wife's house having oral sex with her or something like that).

Still, unconstitutional.
