Wasn't there an old Blues guitarist called Jimmy Smith too? That's who I was thinking of when I clicked on the thread but thinking about it I'd imagine he was long gone.

The Sremon is my favorite Jimmy Smith...but just about anything I've heard from him has been good. Shame to see him go.
