where do they set the stage up?

I think it's in the movie theater we have. in the summer it's in the courtyard (mum played on a beautful evening last year, it was great)

I forgot, Antony and the Johnsons are playing this saturday

There are tons of function halls and stuff too. My company had their holiday party there last year and the year before, and we used several rooms, some with art and some without.

a room at the MFA with business folks holiday partying? IS IT ART!??

ha ha, I love the parties where each individual person there makes more than the collective salary in my department. those happen like, every day.

actually the private events here are a significant source of income for the museum.


they usually don't like to have parties where the art is...
clearly my x mas party was here too but that's slightly less exciting!

last time i was there i got lost in all those historic model rooms.

Well, we invite a lot of the students who used to work here, and there are spouses and significant others, of course. I'm sure not all of us make more than your department. How many people are in your department?

i thought i read xiu xiu was going to be playing at the MFA but now they're apparently playing at the YMCA in cambridge.
