I actually read the article this time ( just kinda scanned it the first ) ...this is all on the parents. The whole thing is their fault. Basically, they signed the papers because their daughter would be mad at them if they didn't. She's a 16 year old girl - she's SUPPOSED TO BE MAD AT HER PARENTS.
