Wow! I didn't realize loons were such aggressive animals...and computer-savvy too.

Seriously, don't you think it's a bit weird for someone to have your computer for a week to install a CD-ROM drive just so they can send it back to you, untouched, and tell you that you need to get a part for the manufacturer (after my warranty ran out, mind you?) FooK that. I just did it myself.

You shouldn't have sent it away in the first place.
