cool little group. i believe Emperor Norton has put out their debut album.

RIYL: Stereolab (except the female vocalist is less dreamy/ pop a la francais and more dreamy/dramatic, and the electro vs. organic instruments tips more towards organic rather than an even split).

and Dead Can Dance, except imagine if Dead Can Dance was a pop/rock outfit rather than a ethereal/world/soft goth (at least that's what they were labeled) group.
