Everyone called him Mr. Butch. He was kind of a local celebrity around Allston/Brighton. So he recently bought a Vespa, which he apparently had on layaway for months, and one of my friends who works in a store near where he hung out said he told her that he wanted to drive to Foxwoods on the scooter. I dunno, I guess it's sad but seriously, what the fuck is a homeless, drunk dude doing with a Vespa? I certainly can't say I'm surprised by this outcome.

i knew him, as i literally lived right next the block where he spent all his time. this bums me out a bit, i'll never forget seeing him kick out some totally weird jams on the corner of brighton and harvard.
