As far as the land line is concerned, I've considered getting rid of mine, too. That means I'd have to get rid of the interweb, which would be a way good thing. :roll:

Yeah, I learned that the hard way--no land line, no internet. Stupid how that works--at least with Verizon.

Yeah I've just been getting internet with cable since getting rid of the land line.


I should point out as well that LA has the worse fucking cable ever. I can't believe I'm saying this, but Time Warner makes me miss Comcast. This saddens me greatly to see myself typing this.
