Yes, the Gamecube is pretty archaic by this point... but what that means is that the games are cheaper! Anyway, I acquired a Gamecube in January for cheap because a friend upgraded to a Wii. I have a decent number of games, but am wanting to pick some stuff up. So recommend things for me. I already have some of the classics like Resident Evil 4, Eternal Darkness, and Metroid Prime.

I liked that matrix game.

I liked all of these:

Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker (Too easy but still great. I love the design.)
Super Monkey Ball 1 & 2 (Great multiplayer)
Pikmin 1 & 2
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (Strategy RPG like FF Tactics)
Mario Sunshine (A little short, but a great game)
Mario Kart Double Dash
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door (Simple RPG, but really well-designed)
Tony Hawk 4 (Also on other systems, but I liked the GC controls)
Worms 3D (Has some bugs on the GC version, but is a fun, unique multiplayer)
Viewtiful Joe (Also on other systems, but the GC version was first)
Resident Evil GC remake (The Original RE with way better graphics)

A lot of people really enjoy the Smash Bros. game, but I never got into it.

Here's some stuff I didn't like:

F-Zero GX
Starfox
Baten Kaitos

Ha. For a while that was the only multi-player game that I had, so I logged quite a few hours on it playing with my sister. It's kind of lame to play alone... but it was fun enough with her.

Personally I didn't much care for Mario Kart Double Dash. I like the N64 version a whole lot better.

crazy taxi is like Grand Theft Auto except, like, without the fun parts.

Yeah, I always thought Crazy Taxi got pretty old after like half an hour.

i played starfox assault today and it was pretty weak. i also played boxing and baseball on a wii and realized that it's too much work for me.
