i think i saw a few episodes of the first season and enjoyed them but just kinda forgot about the show. i'll probably queue them up in netflix and then consider buying them later.

the dynamic between frank and charlie is going to be hilarious this season. i liked the trash story most last night, but frank putting acid in charlie's beer was also very funny.

that was fucking awesome. The whole green man thing cracked me up. and the McPoyle family. ewww.

Wife: wow. I miss Eagles games. I can't even remember what it's like to have no mountains in the background.
Me: Shit, I miss dumpster babies.
both: (sigh)

"I'M TRIPPIN' BALLS!"

Yeah, Frank & Charlie are gold. So are the McPoyles. I'm getting where I could pretty much do without Dennis, though.

see, I think he's funny just for being such a vainglorious douchebag. Also, because he's more or less based on dozens of kids I knew (I'm sure Jewels has some as well) growing up, and some I still know that own bars in Philly.

that said, when I was about 6 I found a sword in a dump and it was the greatest day of my life.

Dennis is cute. So don't do away with him just yet. And effing the hippie? Great plan.

Charlie on the trash heap with a machete made the whole episode for me.

I just like the way he slid down the pile, swacking it back and forth as he went.

I wasn't going to drink tonight, but now I'm going to walk Whodey right to the beer store.

Actually both of the beer stores within walking distance allow dogs. I think that that's pretty cool!

they're getting close, but I was thinking the same thing last night.

I loved Charlie's warning written on the ventilator.

Frank freaking out in the first episode about getting AIDS from the dad cracked me up. Coming out of the bathroom saying "Burn these clothes" with his clothes on the end of a plunger killed me.

Favorites of the season:

1. Frank
2. Charlie
3. Dee
4. Mac
5. Dennis (he's useless. good thing he's attractive)

Two more great eps last night. Best moments were the "bicep" party invitations and McPoyle stabbing McPoyle.

Yeah, the two toga guys were priceless. Especially being tied to chairs at the Dee-"Seamus" wedding the following day.

The episode last night with the tranny/serial killer was hilarious.

Tranny: "What? You know I am going to have it removed"
MAC: "I know. But when, duuude?"

ah hahahaha. the way he said "dude" made me lose it.

I enjoyed the one last week I think it was when Sweat Dee was takin' roids or whatever that shit was.
