I saw someone on my way to work this morning who was biking in a pair of bright orange Crocs. At the grocery store yesterday, I heard a couple joking (I hope) about buying a bright yellow pair.

I thought they were dead for the year.

I need to get a new winter coat since my old one is way too big. I'm trying to decide which sort of coat I should get. Should I get a coat like this:

http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?pi ... 3&cid=5168

or more like this:

http://www.ae.com/web/browse/product.js ... 1_9102_309

best winter coat i've ever had.

when it wasn't bitterly cold, i could just wear a t-shirt underneath and still be nice and toasty.

Thanks, I'll definitely keep that one in mind. I'm going to look around online and in stores for coats over the weekend and then buy/order one on Saturday I think.

I walked by a Crocs store in our regional Mega-Mall on Sunday and couldn't believe there were people still buying them

There's some new trend here in Hawai'i where adult women are wearing these very thin sparkly colored strands of colored hair within their own real hair.

I don't know what this is called but everyone is doing it now

You know, on second thought, this could make you hate me, but he does have sparkles in his hair.

I can't wait for douchebags to stop wearing scarves like this, especially when they have them on with tight t-shirts and skinny jeans.

Saw a kiosk in the Opry Mills mall on Sunday where women are putting plastic beads in their eye lashes. Don't know if this is geared towards the Latina or White Trash population...

Good analogy.

What were those brightly colored-patterned surfer/skateboarder shorts called that everyone used to wear...
My mom bought the Ocean Pacific brand since they were so much cheaper.

I designed the replacement skylights in the foodcourt last year for Opry Mills.

Nope, that's not the one.

I bet the real cause of the downfall of Crocs is the immitation ones people can buy for $5 at Payless, that and they are hideous.

Agreed. Not down with the Man-scarf.

Or Crocs.

There are an alarming number of people here who seem to be wearing pajama bottoms out in public. At first I thought it was just lazy white trash people running to the store in the ghetto part of town - but my nephew informs me kids wear them to high school and to the mall, etc.

WTF

side-note: my girlfriend has that exact same scarf.
