apparently Will Smith DOES need to cuss to sell records.

Maybe Snoop is cussing for him, like by proxy.

Timbaland does a track, so we know at least 5-10% of the album isn't bad.

You might think you can fuck with "Summertime" but it might be the best summer jam EVER.

for what it's worth, Will has always had pretty good taste and deep pockets when it comes to ghostwriters. if you look at the liner notes of his previous albums, some familiar names like nasir jones and lonnie lynn start showing up.

Will should do a "crunk" tune with Lil Jon......

Or a "name drop" tune with Mike Jones

Or, yo daddy.

Come on...after the success of "Hitch", he has to keep it real and take it back to the streets...

the white-walled, heavily-cartoon-styled-graffities, throne in the middle, streets...

It'll be infectious and inescapable. In short, a touchstone of '05 that will be largely ignored by me.

Huh:

Will Smith Dons Cape for Superhero Drama

Thu Feb 17,12:37 AM ET Movies - Reuters
By Borys Kit and Liza Foreman

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Box office champ Will Smith is developing the superhero drama "Tonight He Comes," a project that has fallen on many executives' "best unproduced scripts" lists and attracted many A-listers.

The dark, adult tone made it difficult to set up, however. The story tells the tale of a depressed, bored superhero who drinks, smokes and has one-night stands. He develops a newfound purpose in life when he is drawn to a married woman.

Smith, currently No. 1 at the box office with the romantic comedy "Hitch," is teaming up with director Jonathan Mostow ("Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines") to bring the project to the big screen. They are in early negotiations with "Hitch" distributor Columbia Pictures.

This I would pay to see....

Nothing says "Good Movie" like a womanizing Will Smith - have you seen Six Degrees of Seperation...
